Responsibilities

• Keeps buildings clean and orderly.
• Performs heavy cleaning duties such as cleaning floors, shampooing rugs, washing walls and glass, and removing rubbish.
• Assists with moving equipment and furniture for cleaning and returns them to proper place.
• Cleans assigned areas with appropriate materials and equipment; sanitizes surfaces following approved procedures.
• Washes walls, windows, furniture, baseboards; maintains a clean, safe environment for patients, visitors and staff.
• Follows eight-step cleaning procedure and adheres to all guidelines.
• Completes tasks assigned by supervisor and works with professionalism.
