Job summary

Compass Group USA, ESFM, currently seeks a full-time janitor for our Pontiac, MI location. The role runs Wednesday through Saturday from 6:30pm to 5:00am, with online applications accepted only. Previous janitorial experience is preferred.

Pay is $16.00 per hour, with opportunities to contribute to a safe and clean environment across facilities. This position emphasizes reliability and adherence to infection control and cleaning procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous janitorial experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collects and disposes of trash following approved procedures.
• Dusts and damp mops floors following approved procedures.
• Moves equipment and furniture for cleaning and place furniture back in correct placement.
• Cleans assigned areas with the use of assigned materials and equipment. Sanitize all surfaces.
• Washes walls, windows, furniture, baseboards and other items to maintain a clean, safe environment for patients, visitors and staff.
• Performs tasks in accordance with all federal, state and county guidelines.
