Job summary

Touchstone Mental Health is seeking a Behavioral Health Practitioner to support residents in our Intensive Residential Treatment Services in Bloomington, MN. The role involves establishing supportive relationships, coaching coping strategies, de-escalating crises, administering medications, serving meals, and maintaining safety and cleanliness alongside a care team.

Base pay is $22.00 per hour plus a $0.50 weekend differential, with evening shifts.

Qualifications

• Must have 1–2 years of experience or education in behavioral health, social work, psychology, counseling, nursing, or related area.
• Must meet definition of Behavioral Health Rehabilitation Worker or Behavioral Health Practitioner per licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

Schedule B: Sun, Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs - 3:00pm to 11:00pm

TMH’s Behavioral Health Practitioners (BHP’s) provide support to clients in our Intensive Residential Treatment Services (IRTS) programs.

• Must have one to two years of experience, education, or combination in behavioral health, social work, psychology, counseling, nursing, or related area.
• Must meet definition of Behavioral Health Rehabilitation Worker or Behavioral Health Practitioner per Department of Human Services licensing requirements.
