Job summary

Kingdom East Unified Union School District in Vermont seeks two full-time Instructional Assistants to support students ages 5–14 at Miller’s Run School. Successful candidates will provide care and support for academic, social, emotional, and behavioral growth and will collaborate closely with teachers and special education case managers.

Candidates must complete the ParaPro assessment, hold an associate degree or higher, and pass a background check.

Qualifications

• Experience providing care and support to children aged 5–14.
• Strong teaming skills and flexibility in a classroom.
• Ability to complete ParaPro assessment and background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist in classrooms under supervision of teachers and special education case managers.
