Job summary

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Psychiatry.
• Active Pennsylvania medical license or ability to obtain.
• DEA registration or ability to obtain.
• Interest or experience working with adult and adolescent populations.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• New graduates welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations for inpatient adults and adolescents.
• Manage psychotropic medications and treatment interventions.
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans.
• Participate in interdisciplinary treatment team meetings.
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Coordinate care with nursing, therapy, social work, and medical staff.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and organizational standards.
• Provide clinical leadership and support for patient-centered care initiatives.
