Soliant Health is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Inpatient Pharmacist to join a respected hospital in the Los Angeles area. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned pharmacist who thrives in a fast-paced, overnight hospital environment and is eager to contribute their expertise to a collaborative and clinically-focused pharmacy team.

Position Overview

• Setting: Acute Care / Inpatient Hospital
• Schedule: 7 on / 7 off night shift
• Hours: 8:00 PM 6:00 AM
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Order verification and clinical review of medication orders
• Supervision of pharmacy technicians during night operations
• Direct consultation and communication with physicians and nursing staff
• Pharmacokinetics monitoring and dosage adjustments
• Ensuring compliance with hospital protocols and regulatory requirements
• Participation in multidisciplinary care teams as needed
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Active and clear California Pharmacist license
• Minimum of 5 years of inpatient hospital pharmacy experience OR PGY1 residency plus 2 additional years of hospital experience
• Proficiency with Allscripts electronic health record system
• Strong clinical knowledge and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of clinical tasks overnight
