Kids Country in Green, OH is hiring a Teacher Assistant to work alongside teachers and families, following NAEYC guidelines. You'll help create a warm, safe home-like environment for children from 6 weeks to 12 years and support classroom instruction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring the safety and supervision of children aged 6 weeks – 12 years.
• Assisting teachers with instruction in the classroom.
• Decorating inside and outside of classrooms as needed.
• Maintaining a warm and safe environment that is clean and permits children to grow and explore.
• Interacting with children to encourage their involvement in activities.
• Providing effective communication with parents/guardians about their child.
