Job summary

Kids Country in Fairlawn, OH is seeking a dedicated team member for a Full-Time role from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. No evenings or weekends.

No classroom experience? We provide paid training on classroom procedures, and you will assist teachers, supervise children aged 6 weeks to 12 years, and help maintain a warm, safe, and inviting learning environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety and supervision of children ages 6 weeks–12 years.
• Assist teachers with instruction in the classroom.
• Decorate inside and outside of classrooms as needed.
• Maintain a warm and safe environment that is clean and permits children to grow and explore.
• Interact with children to encourage their involvement in activities.
• Provide effective communication with parents/guardians about their child.
