Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy assistant services to residents per established standards and procedures.
• Adhere to documentation and billing procedures for PTA services.
• Evaluate and plan resident therapy programs; communicate results to residents, families, and interdisciplinary team.
• Screen residents regularly to determine need for intervention.
• Develop treatment plans with short and long-term goals and methods to achieve identified goals.
• Complete CMS-compliant documentation in NetHealth EMR.
