Lap of Love Veterinary Hospice in Dayton, OH area seeks a Full-Time In-Home Veterinarian to provide compassionate hospice and euthanasia care in homes across Dayton and surrounding communities including Xenia, Springfield, Springboro, and more.

As a mobile veterinarian, you’ll enjoy a flexible schedule, supportive mentorship, and a culture of kindness, with ongoing training and a path to professional fulfillment while maintaining personal balance.

Qualifications

• DVM/VMD/BVMS required and valid U.S. driver's license.
• Availability to work some weekends.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and up to 100 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Provide hospice and euthanasia care for pets in home settings.
• Practice in a mobile capacity, visiting families across Dayton and surrounding areas.

• Veterinarian Salary Range: 3-day, 4-day, and 5-day full-time opportunities are available in Dayton, OH, including Xenia, Springfield, Springboro, Miamisburg, Fairborn, and surrounding areas. Compensation varies based on schedule structure, with 4-day positions starting at $85,000 and 5-day positions offering a base salary of $100,000, plus additional bonus opportunities. 3-Day Full-Time and Part-time opportunities are also available in this market and offer prorated compensation based on schedule.

Requirements

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD/BVMS)
• Must possess a valid U.S. driver's license
• Availability to work some weekends
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and up to 100 lbs with assistance
• Candidates will be subject to a background and motor vehicle record check, post-hire and before their associated start date.
