Job summary

Lap of Love Veterinary Hospice is seeking an In-Home Associate Veterinarian to serve Beverly, Lynn, Peabody, Salem, and surrounding MA communities. As a mobile vet, you will deliver hospice and euthanasia care in clientsf homes with a supportive team, mentorship, and flexible scheduling to help you balance life and profession.

You will join a veterinary-founded network offering ongoing training, practice management support, and a culture of kindness that values your well-being.

Qualifications

• DVM/VMD/BVMS required for practice as an in-home veterinarian.
• Valid U.S. driver7s license required to travel to client homes.
• Must be available to work some weekends and lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and 100 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate hospice and euthanasia care for pets and families in clients' homes.
• Operate as a mobile veterinarian delivering in-home services.
• Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and support from practice managers.

Salary & Compensation

• Veterinarian Salary Range: 3-day, 4-day, and 5-day full-time opportunities are available in Beverly, Lynn, Peabody, Salem, Gloucester, Danvers, Haverhill, MA and surrounding areas. Compensation varies based on schedule structure, with 4-day positions starting at $107,500 and 5-day positions offering a base salary of $130,000, plus additional bonus opportunities. 3-Day Full-Time and Part-time opportunities are also available in this market and offer prorated compensation based on schedule

Requirements

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD/BVMS)
• Must possess a valid U.S. driver's license
• Availability to work some weekends
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and up to 100 lbs with assistance
• Candidates will be subject to a background and motor vehicle record check, post-hire and before their associated start date
