Job summary

Lap of Love is seeking an in-home associate veterinarian to provide hospice and end-of-life care across Las Vegas, Henderson, and surrounding areas.

Join a veterinarian-founded, mobile practice that prioritizes work-life balance, flexible 2–5 day schedules, mentorship, and compassionate client communication, with 24/7 support and ongoing training.

Compensation varies by schedule, with 4-day positions starting at $107,500 and 5-day positions at $130,000 plus bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD/BVMS) required.
• Valid U.S. driver's license.
• Availability to work some weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unaided and up to 100 lbs with assistance.
• Candidates will be subject to a background and motor vehicle record check.

Responsibilities

• Provide hospice and euthanasia care for pets and families.
• Practice in-home veterinary medicine as part of a mobile hospice team.
• Engage with clients and families to deliver compassionate care.
• Participate in onboarding and ongoing mentorship within Lap of Love.

*Veterinarian Salary Range: 3-day, 4-day, and 5-day full-time opportunities are available in Las Vegas, Henderson, North Las Vegas, NV and surrounding areas. Compensation varies based on schedule structure, with 4-day positions starting at $107,500 and 5-day positions offering a base salary of $130,000, plus additional bonus opportunities. 3-Day Full-Time and Part-time opportunities are also available in this market and offer prorated compensation based on schedule.

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD/BVMS)
• Must possess a valid U.S. driver's license

• Candidateswill be subject to a background and motor vehicle record check, post-hire and before their associated start date.
