Job summary

Lap of Love is seeking a Full-Time In-Home Veterinarian to serve Indianapolis, IN and surrounding areas. You will provide compassionate hospice and euthanasia care in clients' homes, offering flexible scheduling and personalized care.

Qualifications

• DVM/VMD/BVMS degree required.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license required.
• Availability to work some weekends.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and up to 100 lbs with assistance.
• Background and motor vehicle record check will be conducted.

Responsibilities

• Provide hospice and euthanasia care in patients’ homes.
• Support families with compassionate veterinary care during end-of-life moments.
• Operate as a mobile veterinarian serving Indianapolis and surrounding areas.

*Veterinarian Salary Range: 3-day, 4-day, and 5-day full-time opportunities are available in Indianapolis, IN, including Greenwood, Zionsville, Carmel, Fishers, Avon, and surrounding areas. Compensation varies based on schedule structure, with 4-day positions starting at $85,000 and 5-day positions offering a base salary of $100,000, plus additional bonus opportunities. 3-Day Full-Time and Part-time opportunities are also available in this market and offer prorated compensation based on schedule.

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD/BVMS)
• Must possess a valid U.S. driver's license
• Availability to work some weekends
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and up to 100 lbs with assistance
• Candidateswill be subject to a background and motor vehicle record check, post-hire and before their associated start date.
