Lap of Love invites you to join as an In-Home Associate Veterinarian serving Buffalo, Niagara Falls and surrounding NY communities. As a mobile veterinarian, you\'ll provide compassionate hospice and euthanasia care in clients\' homes, balancing professional fulfillment with personal freedom.

You\'ll join a network of over 400 veterinarians and support staff, with onboarding, mentorship, and a 24/7 support center.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree required.
• Valid U.S. driver\'s license required.
• Weekend availability may be required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and 100 lbs with assistance.
• Background and motor vehicle record checks will be conducted.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home hospice and euthanasia care for pets and families.
• Practice medicine in clients\' homes as part of a mobile team.
• Collaborate with Lap of Love leadership and mentors.

*Veterinarian Salary Range*: 3-day, 4-day, and 5-day full-time opportunities are available in Buffalo, Niagara Falls, Tonawanda, North Tonawanda, Hamburg, Lancaster, Lockport, NY and surrounding areas. Compensation varies based on schedule structure, with 4-day positions starting at $85,000 and 5-day positions offering a base salary of $100,000, plus additional bonus opportunities. 3-Day Full-Time and Part-time opportunities are also available in this market and offer prorated compensation based on schedule.

Requirements

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD/BVMS)
• Must possess a valid U.S. driver's license
• Availability to work some weekends
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and up to 100 lbs with assistance
• Candidates will be subject to a background and motor vehicle record check, post-hire and before their associated start date.
