Lap of Love Veterinary Hospice is seeking a Full-Time In-Home Veterinarian to serve Baltimore, MD and surrounding areas. You will provide hospice and euthanasia care in clients' homes, delivering compassionate medicine with a focus on work-life balance and professional fulfillment.

The role offers flexible scheduling, ongoing mentorship, and a supportive team while you practice independently in the field. Compensation includes base salary with bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD/BVMS) required.
• Must possess a valid U.S. driver’s license.
• Availability to work some weekends.
• Able to lift 50 lbs unassisted and up to 100 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Provide hospice and euthanasia care for pets in clients' homes.
• Deliver compassionate veterinary services in a home setting.
• Collaborate with support staff and practice managers for seamless care.

Veterinarian Salary Range:

• 3-day, 4-day, and 5-day full-time opportunities are available in Baltimore, MD, including Annapolis, Pasadena, Glen Burnie, Severna Park, Edgewater, and surrounding areas. Compensation varies based on schedule structure, with 4-day positions starting at $117,500 and 5-day positions offering a base salary of $140,000, plus additional bonus opportunities. 3-Day Full-Time and Part-time opportunities are also available in this market and offer prorated compensation based on schedule

Requirements

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD/BVMS)
• Must possess a valid U.S. driver's license
• Availability to work some weekends
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and up to 100 lbs with assistance
• Candidates will be subject to a background and motor vehicle record check, post-hire and before their associated start date
