Job summary

Lap of Love is seeking a Full-Time In-Home Veterinarian to join our Baltimore, MD service area, including Annapolis, Pasadena, Glen Burnie, Severna Park, Edgewater, and surrounding towns. You will provide compassionate hospice and euthanasia care at clients' homes, balancing medical care with emotional support for families.

Qualifications

• DVM degree required and legally eligible to practice in the U.S.
• Must possess a valid U.S. driver’s license.
• Availability to work some weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and up to 100 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate hospice and euthanasia care for pets and families in their homes.
• Practice veterinary medicine in clients’ homes with a focus on patient comfort and family support.

Veterinarian Salary Range

3-day, 4-day, and 5-day full-time opportunities are available in Baltimore, MD, including Annapolis, Pasadena, Glen Burnie, Severna Park, Edgewater, and surrounding areas. Compensation varies based on schedule structure, with 4-day positions starting at $117,500 and 5-day positions offering a base salary of $140,000, plus additional bonus opportunities. 3-Day Full-Time and Part-time opportunities are also available in this market and offer prorated compensation based on schedule.

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD/BVMS)
• Must possess a valid U.S. driver's license
• Availability to work some weekends
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and up to 100 lbs with assistance
• Candidateswill be subject to a background and motor vehicle record check, post-hire and before their associated start date.
