Home Helpers of Kirkland in Bellevue, Washington is seeking a compassionate Certified Home Health Aide (CNA) to provide in-home care for clients in the Bellevue area. This full‑time opportunity emphasizes dignity, comfort, and well‑being as you support patients in their own homes.

You will deliver personal care, assist with daily living activities, monitor client conditions, and maintain detailed records while collaborating with a care team to ensure comprehensive, high‑quality care for elderly

Qualifications

Current certification as a Certified Home Health Aide (CHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Washington.
High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Empathy and understanding of the needs of elderly and disabled individuals.

Responsibilities

Provide personal care services to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation as needed.
Monitor and report any changes in client condition to the supervising agency.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of client care.
Develop strong relationships with clients and their families, providing emotional support and education.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
Participate in in-service training and professional development opportunities to stay current with industry best practices.
