BrightStar Care in Apple Valley is seeking compassionate, dependable full-time in-home caregivers to support clients with daily living activities, personal care, meal prep, and companionship in the Apple Valley area.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and caring nature.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience providing care in home health, assisted living, or similar settings.
• Reliable vehicle with valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Negative TB test or cleared Chest-Xray.
• Availability to work 2 weekend days per month.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and conversation to clients.
• Assist with daily activities such as meal prep, light housekeeping, and errands.
• Provide physical assistance (bathing, dressing, grooming, transferring, and ambulation).
• Accompany clients to appointments and outings, with transportation as needed.
• Monitor changes in health and report to RN Case Manager.
• Communicate with care coordination team to update the plan of care.

We are seeking compassionate and dependable Full-Time In-Home Caregivers to provide exceptional care and support to clients in the Apple Valley area. Responsibilities include assisting with personal care, meal preparation, medication reminders, companionship, and light housekeeping while promoting clients' independence and well-being. • Premium Short Shift Pay: We offer a variety of shift Lengths ranging from 1 hour to 12 hours. Our 1-hour shifts get paid at $30 per hour and hour 2-hour shifts get paid at $22.50 an hour. Any shift 3 hours or longer is paid at a base rate between $19-$22 based on experience.

Role Responsibilities

• Accompany clients to appointments or social outings, providing transportation as needed.
• Monitor and report changes in the client’s health, behavior, and needs.
• Act as a member of the Care coordination team to communication with the RN Case Manager to update the plan of care.

Requirements

• A compassionate, patient, and caring nature.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience providing care to clients in a hands-on environment (Home Health, Assisted Living, Group Home, Hospital Setting)
• Reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license with Auto Insurance.
• Negative TB test or Cleared Chest-Xray.
• Availability to work 2 weekend days per month.
