Job summary

Right at Home Utah Valley is seeking dependable full-time caregivers to help seniors and adults with disabilities stay safe and independent in their homes. This role offers steady, year-round work with consistent weekly hours.

You will provide one-on-one care, building trust with clients, and following individual care plans. Training is provided, and there are opportunities to pick up additional hours if desired.

Qualifications

• Year-round availability for a full-time schedule.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Ability to pass required background checks.
• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition more than 50 pounds.
• Comfortable assisting with personal care and mobility.
• Previous caregiving experience or CNA is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care.
• Help with mobility, transfers, and repositioning.
• Prepare simple meals.
• Complete light housekeeping and laundry.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Assist with errands and transportation when needed.
• Follow each client's individualized care plan.
• Communicate changes or concerns to the office.
