Right at Home Northeast & Central Nebraska in Loup City, Nebraska is seeking a dedicated In-Home Caregiver to provide non-medical in-home care for seniors and disabled clients in their own homes.

You will assist with daily activities, provide companionship, and support light housekeeping, meal prep, and transportation as needed, ensuring comfort and safety. This full-time role offers flexible scheduling and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous caregiving experience preferred but not required.
• Compassionate and caring demeanor.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to commit to the provided schedule.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide non-medical in-home care and assistance for seniors and disabled adults.
• Assist clients with daily personal tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Help with light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication reminders, and running errands.
• Offer companionship and engage in activities that stimulate the mind and body.
• Maintain a safe and comfortable environment for clients.
• Communicate regularly with the Right at Home team about client's condition.
• Adhere to all health and safety policies and procedures.
