Schulte Hospitality Group seeks a diligent Houseperson for AC Hotel Phoenix Biltmore. You will maintain public areas, assist in guest room cleaning, and support overall hotel cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

The role requires attention to detail, the ability to multi-task, and a cooperative team mindset. Evening, weekend, and holiday shifts are included as needed, with a supportive, employee-focused workplace and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of housekeeping experience.
• Strong multi-tasking ability.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Customer- and guest-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain all hotel public areas to meet standards.
• Strip guest rooms of linens and trash when needed.
• Clean bathrooms, dust, vacuum, mop floors.
• Deliver items to rooms and assist in cleaning as required.
• Work nights, weekends, and holidays as necessary.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Cleans and maintains all hotel public areas, including restrooms, hallways, stairwells, etc. to meet quality standards.
• When necessary, strip guest rooms of linen and trash
• Cleans bathrooms, dusts furniture and pictures, vacuums, sweeps and mops floors
• Empties carts of soiled linen and disposes trash
• Removes spots, insects and debris, polishes fixtures and cleans ashtrays
• Delivers items to rooms upon request and assists in cleaning guest rooms as needed.
• Work nights, weekends, and holidays as necessary.
• Perform various other duties as assigned

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of High School education
• Minimum of one (1) year in Housekeeping role

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
• Team player
• Ability to exceed expectations of guests
• Knowledge of cleanliness standards
