Job summary

Milton Hershey School is seeking a Full-Time Houseparent to provide daily supervision and mentorship for students at our Florida facilities. The role involves managing household routines, schedules, and budgeting, as well as supporting student wellness and safety.

The Houseparent will administer medications as needed, drive students to activities, and lead devotional and chapel activities, fostering a caring, structured living environment for our students.

Qualifications

• Experience mentoring youth and fostering safe, supportive environments.
• Ability to organize daily routines and manage household tasks for a group of students.
• Knowledge of basic medication administration and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship to residents.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
