Champion City Nursing & Rehabilitation in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Aide for a full-time, 3p-11p shift with every other weekend availability. You will help maintain a clean and comfortable skilled nursing facility, ensuring high standards of hygiene and resident safety.

The role requires physical stamina and the ability to follow procedures and instructions precisely, with benefits including health, vision, and dental coverage, PTO, and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work every other weekend.
• Ability to understand and follow procedures, work assignments, instructions, warnings, and labels.
• Adequate strength and endurance to meet the strenuous physical demands of the job.

Responsibilities

• Maintain resident rooms by cleaning restrooms, walls, baseboards, doors, ceilings, mirrors, dusting, washing windows, removing trash, and more
• Move furniture to dry and wet mop floors and use wet floor signs to mark wet floors
• Dust and clean all furniture and fixtures in various areas, including resident rooms, isolation rooms, nursing stations, day rooms, and shower rooms, using various cleaners and disinfectant chemicals
• Perform other housekeeping duties as assigned
