Responsibilities include cleaning, laundry, coordinating with maintenance, and ensuring high standards of cleanliness within the facility. The schedule is from 11am to 7pm, with every other weekend commitment. Benefits are offered including medical, dental, vision, and more.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
• Willingness to provide exceptional guest/customer service.

Responsibilities

• Performs all cleaning duties per daily assignments and facility needs.
• Spot-checks resident rooms and common areas; empties garbage, disinfects, checks supplies.
• Deep cleans rooms as scheduled; dusts furnishings, moves furniture, dust cobwebs.
• Performs laundry services per company policies and procedures.
• Coordinates with maintenance on repairs and inventory needs.
• Communicates effectively with the Maintenance Director.
