Trinity Health Senior Communities is seeking a Housekeeper (Environmental Support Assistant) at Highland Hills to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents, visitors, and staff. Under the Environmental Services Manager, you will perform housekeeping, laundry, and move-out cleaning to support a home-like setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in assisted living or with geriatric population preferred.
• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Basic computer skills and strong organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform light to thorough housekeeping in resident apartments and common areas (dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitization, floor care).
• Complete laundry services (collecting, washing, folding, distributing resident linens).
• Perform deep cleaning of apartments during resident move-outs.
• Empty trash and recyclables and maintain cleanliness of assigned areas.
• Report maintenance issues promptly (lighting or equipment).
• Follow safety, infection control, and universal precautions practices.
• Interact respectfully with residents, honoring privacy, dignity, and confidentiality.
• Anticipate resident needs and maintain a comfortable, welcoming environment.
