You will perform light to thorough housekeeping, manage resident laundry, and assist during move-outs, ensuring safety and privacy at all times.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required or preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform light to thorough housekeeping in resident apartments and common areas.
• Complete laundry services including collecting, washing, folding, and distributing linens.
• Perform deep cleaning of apartments during move-outs.
• Empty trash and recyclables and maintain cleanliness of assigned areas.
• Report maintenance issues promptly (lighting/equipment).
• Follow safety, infection control, and universal precautions.
• Interact respectfully with residents, honoring privacy and dignity.
• Anticipate resident needs and maintain a welcoming environment.
