Job summary

Brooksby Village by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a full-time Housekeeper to keep resident apartments and common areas in tip top shape in Peabody, MA. Compensation ranges from $16.25 to $18.25 per hour with shift differentials.

Qualifications

• Previous experience cleaning in a residential or commercial setting is ideal.
• Ability to safely operate carpet care equipment, hard floor care equipment, trash removal equipment.
• Ability to work independently and as a contributing team member.
• Ability to safely operate Housekeeping vehicles.
• Ability to demonstrate professional and responsive interactions with residents, family members, staff, vendors, and each other.

Responsibilities

• Clean resident’s homes in Independent Living or Resident Rooms in Nursing Home.
• Clean public bathrooms, including counters, mirrors, sinks, lavatories, fixtures.
• Clean lobbies/living rooms including vacuuming, dusting, decluttering, and trash removal.
• Clean classrooms, including dusting and vacuuming.
• Assist with trash collection, bagging, and disposal; replace liners.
• Maintain carpeted surfaces via cleaning and vacuuming.
