Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 1–3 years related experience.
• Prior housekeeping experience preferred.
• Maintain a cheerful, customer-service oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Cleans all areas as assigned according to department standards and procedures.
• Maintain clean and sanitary conditions in all areas as directed.
• Make independent decisions and follow instructions as required.
• Deal tactfully with residents, families, and staff in all interactions.
• Follow written and oral instructions for mixing cleaning compounds and disinfectants.
• Relay information about resident conditions to appropriate staff.
• Use supplies economically and report needs for replenishment.
• Operate commercial laundry equipment and related machines.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by Housekeeping Lead.
