Monarch Communities is seeking a Full Time Housekeeper in New Jersey to maintain cleanliness of resident apartments and common areas. The role offers hourly pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous experience in cleaning.
• Dependable and responsible.
• Ability to communicate with residents.
• Must be able to work at least 1 weekend day per week.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, vacuum, clean bathrooms, empty trash, and launder linens in resident apartments.
• Keep common areas clean and sanitized as assigned.
• Handle and store cleaning chemicals per OSHA regulations.
• Maintain clean and organized housekeeping storage areas.
• Report maintenance issues to the Maintenance Director.
• Report safety issues immediately (broken glass, leaks, locks, toilets, etc.)
