Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of resident apartments and common areas as assigned.
• Provide housekeeping services including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, bathrooms, trash, and linen laundering.
• Handle and store cleaning chemicals per OSHA regulations.
• Keep housekeeping storage areas clean and organized.
• Report maintenance issues to the Maintenance Director.
• Report safety issues (e.g., broken glass, leaks, broken locks).
