Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning in apartments, hallways, and common areas
• Prepare apartments for new residents
• Participate in annual cleaning schedules
• Use cleaning chemicals safely and properly
• Report resident issues to supervisor
• Maintain cleanliness and functionality of cleaning equipment
• Participate in energy awareness programs
• Attend training, in-services, and staff meetings
• Maintain a safe working environment
• Maintain professionalism with residents, visitors, and staff
• Follow all policies and procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED, or 1-3 months related experience/training, or equivalent
