Job summary

Rookwood Properties is seeking a Full-Time Housekeeper at Edgar Apartments in downtown Cincinnati, OH. The role runs 32 hours per week, Mon, Tue, Thurs, Fri, 7:30 am to 4:30 pm, cleaning common areas and occupied apartments, delivering high standards of cleanliness and customer service.

Qualified candidates will have a valid driver's license, prior housekeeping experience, ability to work independently, and a commitment to safety and Fair Housing policies.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Experience in housekeeping or cleaning.
• Ability to work in a downtown Cincinnati location.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
• Follow all Fair Housing laws and established policies and procedures.
• Prioritization and time management skills.
• Professionalism and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Clean and tidy all common areas, interior and exterior, to the standard of cleanliness.
• Perform turn cleans in unoccupied apartments.
• Maintain a modest schedule of cleaning services to occupied apartments.
• Deliver excellent customer service.
• Communicate any complaints or additional cleaning needs to the direct supervisor.
• Keep cleaning equipment and supplies fully stocked and in good condition.
• Report any damage to the building, apartments, or otherwise, to the direct supervisor.
• Assist maintenance teams with the cleanliness of trash rooms, as directed by the supervisor.
• Comply with all safety requirements and requests.
• All other duties as assigned by your supervisor.
