Reports to Executive Director & Maintenance Director. No prior experience required—we will train you. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, with reliable attendance and a strong work ethic essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, hallways, and offices
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors (including stripping, waxing, and buffing)
• Clean windows, mirrors, carpets, and other surfaces
• Empty trash and dispose of waste properly, including infectious materials
• Restock housekeeping supplies and communicate inventory needs
• Follow infection control and isolation cleaning procedures
• Use cleaning products safely and according to guidelines
• Report maintenance concerns or safety issues promptly
