Job description

Position: Full Time, Household Assistant, Live Out, Nanny, Part Time

Location: Connecticut

A working Mom in Fairfield, CT, needs to hire a part- or full-time Nanny/Household Assistant to help ensure their home runs smoothly. Responsibilities include: school pick-up, occasional drop-offs, household organization with light upkeep (no deep cleaning—this is handled by a part-time housekeeper), child-related and light household laundry, preparing simple meals (mostly afterschool snacks or dinner for the child), running errands, assisting with pet care for the family dog, and providing extra help to keep things in order. All candidates must have a valid driver’s license and be able to swim. The ability to stay over or accompany the family on occasional trips is a plus. Coverage is needed from 2 to 7 pm, Monday to Friday, with flexibility. Additional assistance may include a split shift (helping in the mornings) or longer days (9 am to 6/7 pm), with full-day help when school is not in session. Salary range: $30-35/hr plus a monthly health insurance contribution.
