Lap of Love Veterinary Hospice in Salem, MA is seeking an In-Home Associate Veterinarian to join our mobile hospice team. You'll provide compassionate end‑of‑life care for pets and support families in their homes, with a focus on balance, well‑being, and meaningful patient relationships.

Compensation varies by schedule structure, with 4‑day positions starting at $107,500 and 5‑day positions offering a base salary of $130,000, plus additional bonus opportunities. 3‑Day Full‑Time and Part‑time opportunities are also available in this market and offer prorated compensation based on schedule.

Requirements

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD/BVMS)
• Must possess a valid U.S. driver's license
• Availability to work some weekends

• Candidates will be subject to a background and motor vehicle record check, post‑hire and before their associated start date
