Job summary

Target is hiring Warehouse Workers in the Cedar Falls area. Roles start at $22.50/hour with a pay range of $22.50–$25.08/hour. A shift differential of $2.00–$3.50/hour may apply based on eligibility. A $1,000 sign-on bonus is offered for seasonal and permanent positions.

Qualifications

• Able to lift and carry merchandise weighing 35-50 lbs. frequently throughout a shift.
• Able to lift and carry merchandise weighing up to 60 lbs. occasionally throughout a shift.
• Able to push utility carts up to 60 lbs., use carts, hand trucks, and other equipment to move items.
• Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts.
• Work at a height of up to 40 ft. on a mezzanine (where applicable).
• Maintain positive and respectful attitude while working independently and in a team environment.
• Able to accurately use basic math skills.
• Able to accurately read labels, tickets, and other product documentation.
• Able to operate computer systems or handheld devices with minimal direction after receiving training.
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Able to be trained on and operate all powered equipment safely, and work at heights of up to 40 ft.
• Must be able to understand, speak, and read English with sufficient proficiency to follow safety and other policies.

Current shift openings at this location: Warehouse Worker Sunday, Monday, Saturday 6:00PM-6:00AM Sunday, Monday, Saturday 6:00AM-6:00PM Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 4:00PM-2:00AM

Warehouse Worker roles starting at $22.50 per hour. The pay range is $22.50 to $25.08 per hour.

You may also earn additional compensation in the form of a shift differential, ranging from $2.00 to $3.50 per hour, based on eligibility.

Team members must be in an active & eligible role in good standing to receive payout after 90 days of employment.

• Must be able to understand, speak, and read English with sufficient proficiency to follow safety and other policies, trainings, and instructions.

Food Distribution Center Only

• Able to work in various temperature-controlled environments including refrigerator and freezer for majority of shift.
