The Steward/Potwasher/Warewasher at the Kimpton Miralina Resort in Paradise Valley, AZ, is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and proper storage of china, glass, and silver, and assisting kitchen staff with sanitation and organization. This full-time, hourly role requires stamina and the ability to stand during long shifts while upholding Highgate Hotel standards.

Responsibilities include cleaning ovens, grills, sinks, floors, and dishwashing, stocking and reporting equipment issues.

Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or equivalent; hotel experience preferred.
• Flexible schedule with long hours and shift variations.
• Able to lift up to 100 pounds occasionally and stand for extended periods.
• Effective verbal and written communication with guests and staff.

Aufgaben

• Maintain cleanliness and storage of china, glass, and silver.
• Assist kitchen staff with sanitation and storage of items.
• Clean ovens, grills, sinks, walls, floors and other equipment.
• Operate dishwashing equipment and ensure sanitation standards.
• Assist in setup/breakdown of restaurant buffet and banquet support.
