Job summary

Shifts include 6:00am-2:30pm or 10:30am-7:00pm or 11:00am-7:30pm, with every other weekend and holiday. The role emphasizes timely production, temperature control, and adherence to health department guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Complete in-advance preparation for next day of service.
• Produce high quality hot foods per recipes and production sheets.
• Prepare all foods within timeframes; monitor usage to meet volume.
• Adhere to safe food handling procedures at all times.
• Maintain an inspection-ready work area.
• Follow SDS guidelines and store chemicals away from food areas.
• Maintain equipment per guidelines and follow safety procedures.
• Provide courteous customer service daily.
• Chill, store, and record leftovers per health department guidelines.
