Hostelling International USA in Boston is seeking a Full Time Housekeeping Associate to maintain clean, welcoming spaces for travelers from around the world. The role requires flexible shifts between 6 am and 10 pm and weekend availability, with a pay of $18.85 per hour.

You will prepare rooms, sanitize bathrooms, and ensure common areas are tidy, while supporting laundry and supplies. This is a great opportunity to grow within HI USA and contribute to a mission-driven hospitality team.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience in hotel/hostel setting (6+ months).
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare guest rooms, dormitories, and shared spaces to maintain cleanliness.
• Sanitize bathrooms, sinks, toilets, and showers.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors across the hostel.
• Complete laundry and restock linens.
• Replace bed linens and towels as needed.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and wash dishes.
