Xanitos, Inc. is hiring full-time Hospital Housekeepers for 1st and 2nd shift at Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center in Poplar Bluff, MO. The role involves cleaning and maintaining patient areas and common spaces to high standards.

You'll perform daily tasks on site, ensure safety and sanitation, and comply with medical cleaning and background check requirements. Weekend/holiday rotation applies, with an hourly rate of $15.00.

Qualifications

• Experience in the janitorial industry a plus.
• Medical cleaning a plus.
• Post-Offer Medical, Background Screening and Drug Test required.
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and polishes lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, and trim.
• Cleans rooms, hallways, lobbies, restrooms, corridors, and other areas.
• Sweeps and vacuums floors; dusts furniture and equipment.
• Replenishes bathroom supplies; transports trash to disposal area.
• Transports small equipment between departments.

Xanitos is hiring Full-Time Hospital Housekeepers for 1st and 2nd Shift at Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center in Poplar Bluff, MO.

• Hourly Pay Rate $15.00
• Tentative Schedules (subject to change)
  • 1st Shift- 7am to 3:30pm
  • 2nd Shift- 3pm to 11:30pm
• Includes every other weekend/holiday

Job Overview:

The Environmental Service Hospital Housekeepers may work in any location on client premises. This individual cleans and keeps in an orderly condition facilities or locations in a health care campus. The general responsibilities of the position include those listed below, but Xanitos may identify other responsibilities of the position. These responsibilities may differ among accounts, depending on business necessities, client requirements and applicable industry standards.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Cleans and polishes lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, and trim.
• Cleans rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, locker rooms, and other work areas.
• Sweeps and/or vacuums floor.
• Dusts furniture and equipment.
• Polishes metalwork.
• Washes walls, ceiling, and woodwork, windows, door panels, and sills.
• Empties wastebasket and Transports trash and waste to the disposal area.
• Replenishes bathroom supplies.
• Transports small equipment or tools between departments.
