Job summary

Lori’s Gifts is a trusted retailer serving hospital communities nationwide. We are seeking a Sales Associate who will deliver warm, attentive service to patients, families, and healthcare staff while helping maintain a welcoming store environment and accurate product displays.

You will operate the POS system, process transactions, restock merchandise, and follow merchandising and promotional guidelines. You may be asked to open and close the store independently when scheduled.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prior experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Regular and predictable attendance is an essential requirement.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service with warmth and attentiveness.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor.
• Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system for cash and card transactions.
• Follow merchandising and promotional guidelines.
• Open and close the store independently when scheduled.
• Uphold company policies and safety procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
