St. Croix Hospice is seeking a compassionate Music Therapist for a full-time, on-site role in Baraboo, WI. The successful candidate will provide therapeutic music interventions as part of an interdisciplinary care team, following a structured plan of care and documenting progress regularly.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited music therapy program with bachelor's degree in music therapy.
• Board Certification or equivalent (MT‑BC) or other certifying body.
• Ability to pass background, consumer report, and drug test.
• Provide music therapy per plan of care; assess patients and determine effectiveness.
• Implement interventions to relieve symptoms and support emotional, physical, and spiritual comfort.

Responsibilities
