Job summary

Elite Hospice, part of LHC Group, is hiring a Home Health Aide (CNA) for full-time hospice care in Arkansas. You will assist with personal care, daily living activities, and accompany clients to appointments, while maintaining confidentiality and documenting conditions using EVV.

Preferred CPR certification or ability to obtain within 90 days; 6+ months home care experience; flexible hours and independence required to support diverse client needs in the home setting.

Qualifications

• Current driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation.
• 6+ months of home care experience.
• Ability to work flexible hours and independently.
• CPR certification preferred or ability to obtain within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assist with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, ambulation, and medication reminders.
• Support household tasks, meal preparation, and accompany clients to appointments or errands as needed.
• Monitor and document client condition, vital signs, and incidents; maintain confidentiality and use EVV system.
• Ensure a safe environment, operate medical equipment properly, and respond promptly to client needs.
• Function in diverse home situations regardless of age, race, creed, color, sex, disability, or financial condition.
