Dierksen Hospice is seeking a Full Time Hospice Aide (CNA) to deliver compassionate, hands-on care to patients at the end of life. You’ll work with the nursing team in patients’ homes across Craighead, Jackson, and Greene counties, ensuring comfort, dignity, and personalized attention.

The role requires a CNA certification, CPR (if mandated), and a minimum of one year in acute or long-term care. Competitive benefits and growth opportunities are available in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
• Holds current unencumbered CNA certificate in the state.
• Minimum one year CNA experience in an acute care or long-term care setting; hospice experience a plus.
• CPR certification if state-mandated.
• Current driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and access to dependable transportation.

Responsabilités

• Provide personalized care per plan of care and promptly attend to patient and family requests.
• Assist with personal care including bathing, oral hygiene, bedding changes, clothing, and shampooing.
• Demonstrate outstanding customer service and patient satisfaction.
• Support families by sharing knowledge and providing guidance.
• Maintain accurate documentation in patient home and agency records.
