Job summary

AdvisaCare Hospice Care recruits experienced, motivated, and reliable Full Time Certified Nursing Assistants to deliver personal care to hospice clients in the South Valley, including Casa Grande and Maricopa. The role emphasizes building meaningful relationships and fostering a healing environment in a compassionate setting.

Required state CNA certification (current), high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation. Drug screen is required prior to employment.

Qualifications

• Arizona CNA certification current required
• High school diploma or GED required

• Hospice CNA experience 6 months preferred but not required
• Drug screen prior to employment including for marijuana

The right candidates will provide personal care services to our Hospice clients in the South Valley including Casa Grande and Maricopa. This role will allow the candidate to build meaningful relationships and foster a healing environment.

• State of Arizona Certified Nursing assistant (current)
• High school graduate or GED
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
• 6 Months of Hospice CNA experience or equivalent (preferred but not required)
• Excellent communication, prioritization & organizational skills
• Successful completion of a drug screen prior to employment including medical & recreational marijuana
