• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• CCC from ASHA required.
• Speech Therapist License required.
• BLS Certification required.
• Five years of experience in Speech-Language Pathology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and diagnoses complex speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders.
• Formulates and recommends therapy plans and home training programs.
• Documentations in medical records per policy and insurance requirements.
• Supervises other staff clinicians and coordinates internship programs.
• Oversees scheduling, training and day-to-day operations of the Speech and Language Program.
• Monitors workload and ensures adequate clinical activity.
