Job summary

Care2You Home Health is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide skilled, patient-centered care in patients' homes across Michigan. This full-time salaried role includes benefits and the use of AI-powered documentation to improve efficiency and work-life balance.

The RN will perform assessments, manage medications, wound and IV therapies, and educate patients and families while coordinating with physicians and the care team.

Qualifications

Current Michigan Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
Valid driver’s license.
Current auto insurance.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently.
Home health experience preferred, but not required.
Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

Provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes.
Complete patient assessments and monitor changes in condition.
Administer medications and treatments.
Perform wound care, IV therapy, catheter care, and other skilled procedures.
Educate patients and families on medications, conditions, and care needs.
Communicate with physicians and the care team.
Coordinate and manage patient care.
Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation.
Follow all applicable clinical, HIPAA, and agency standards.
