Job summary

BrightStar Care – Clinton, NJ is hiring a full-time Home Health RN to deliver skilled nursing care in patients' homes across Hunterdon County and surrounding areas. The role offers $50/hour with weekly pay, full-time hours (40/wk), and mileage or medical reimbursements.

Must be eligible to practice in NJ with an active RN license and BLS/ACLS certification. Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of home health experience, reliable transportation, and comfort performing independent home

• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to patient homes.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments during home visits.
• Obtain and document patient history and administer medications.
• Provide wound care and infusion therapy per physician orders.
• Coordinate care with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
• Complete required clinical documentation and educate patients and families.

BrightStar Care of Clinton is hiring a full-time Home Health RN to provide skilled nursing care to patients throughout Hunterdon County and surrounding areas.

Pay: $50/hour
Pay Schedule: Weekly pay
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours/week
Setting: Home Care
Travel: Must be willing to travel

Requirements:

• Current NJ RN license or multistate/compact RN license allowing practice in NJ

• Minimum 2 years of home care/home health experience

• Current BLS and ACLS

• Reliable transportation

• Must be comfortable performing independent home visits

• Strong assessment and clinical skills

Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments during home visits
