A Home Health Care Agency is urgently hiring Skilled Registered Nurses (RN) in the Macomb County area. The role involves providing Start of Care and Re-visits to patients, with an emphasis on compassionate, tailored care. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide Start of Care and Re-visits for patients.
• Be dynamic, energetic, organized and efficient professionals who tailor care to each patient’s unique needs while honoring preferences, choices, abilities and specific requirements.
• Travel within the service area as required.

Qualifications

• Current Michigan Registered Nurse (RN).
• Minimum one (1) year of Home Health nursing experience (preferred, not required).
• Demonstrated knowledge and skills to provide care to and communicate with all ages of the population.
