Job summary

AdvisaCare is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Home Health team in Michigan on a full-time basis. You will perform comprehensive patient assessments, develop care plans, administer medications, and educate patients and families. Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum 1 year of home health nursing preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
